My news website post url in not showing on google site:url

Hello friends I have a WordPress blog website in which I am running a news blog but what is happening with that website, whenever I post something, it gets indexed on Google webmaster.
That means the URL is on Google is visible but when I search on Google, I don't see that post, even after site:url that post is not visible, then that post appears to me only after 2 to 3 days or after 24 to 48 hours after entering site:url on Google.
So can someone help me so that as soon as I post it gets indexed on Google webmaster and site:url also appears on Google.
