The reason that I repost this project, previous dev didn't work and cheat me to wordpress admin panel post page

1)budget 50USD - I need Gui application.on there I write a blog,select state(include 'all'option) and click post button, and it will publish to 1800donates.com/states/wanted param(state) .
2)-budget 30USD - I need to fix all broken urls in 1800donatecars.com ,
For example:

http://1800donatecars.com/hftb
You have to find all brokens , And have to list on some page.
3)If satisfy - 20USD plus
...
I will work step by step with you and will release immediately when you complete per milestone.
