I need a wordpress site restored

PLEASE READ THE BRIEF BEFORE CONTACTING ME AS THIS IS NOT A STRAIGHT FORWARD WORDPRESS RESTORE
I have a download from an FTP server of a WordPress site. I am not sure if it includes the databases or not. I think it does however everything is just a straight data download from an ftp site. It is not a backup using any backup or export tools. It looks like there are some backup files created by some plug ins however I have been unable to restore using them. I need someone to take raw data and try to rebuild the site into a WordPress instance just so that I can create an actual back or at the very least extract all the posts including images. There are SQL files in the snapshots folder that may be able to be mounted. I have included directory listings of a few of the folders so that you can see what you are working with.
Tasks:
1. I want to upload the data I have to you either by sending you a OneDrive link or I can upload it to your own FTP if you provide me with the details.
2. I need the WordPress site loaded onto a webserver including the databases mounted
3. I need the WordPress admin password reset as the site is two years old and I am not sure if the passwords I have are correct.
4. I need to be able to log into /wp-admin and have access to an active WordPress instance in which I can install plug-ins, export posts and use all other functionality of WordPress.
5. I will need to be able to create and download a backup of the site from within WordPress
6. I will need to be able to export all posts from the WordPress import/export tool
7. I will restore that backup to my own webserver and will need assistance with any errors or problems that may arise.
8. Once the site is up and running on my own server, the job is complete and the site can be deleted from your dev environment.
