I need some one who have good experience in Wordpress development

I want a feature in my word press website where i can share the private document with my clients. Their mus be functionality in the back-end where admin can create a folder for client can assign folder to a particular client. all the file share in that folder only visible to that user while i want a Folder name like" All " where i can share the documents which are available to all.
