I need an easy to use compiler interface for file bundle and upload/download

We have executable files that are necessary for updated files and folders.
We have software that we offer to our clients that is updated from time to time. This includes a folder for the main executable program - an excel spreadsheet - and a folder for graphics. From time to time, we also have a folder that is updated for drivers.
What I want to do is have an autoinstaller that will download from our website, the user double clicks, and the files are written or overwritten on their hard drive so they will have the latest version of the program we offer.
I need something that is EASY to build upon (add folders and files to their correct location) and prebuild the download for easy retrieval on our customers side.
