I need a database admin to recreate tables wp_actionscheduler_logs.ibd wp_actionscheduler_actions.ibd -- 2

Some of my team accidentally deleted files from:
wp_actionscheduler_logs.ibd
wp_actionscheduler_actions.ibd
The phymyadmin still has the tables created and reports some errors:
#1030 - Error 194 "Tablespace is missing for a table" from the InnoDB table manager
#1814 - Tablespace has been discarded for table `wp_actionscheduler_logs`
I need someone to recreate the tables so that they can then generate the files again since the wordpress admin does not work correctly.
