I need a custom html code that i can place into a blank web site that will work with my wordpress RSS Feed

Ok so basically what i need is right now we have two website.... One is a wordpress website where we keep all of our stories on and we are using the RSS feeds from that site to be able to place the exact same stories and featured images into our other website....The RSS feeds automatically pulls in a bunch of stories and their featured images over into the site, but what i am needing now besides the RSS feeds that we are using now.... I need another a script or some html code that i can use to embed into our other site that will use our RSS feeds and will only send over the latest featured image connected to the first or newest story in that category.
