I need a Wordpress developer

I’m having trouble adding a new site (subdomain) to my Wordpress multisite install. I encounter a 404 error msg: URL not found when I try to visit the new site (subdomain) or try to view its dashboard. My hosting company is BlueHost and I would like to know are you able to fix Wordpress multisite networks hosted by BlueHost
