I need a WordPress Developer

I have started the process of building a website (host and wordpress with elementor) but am running into issues. To give you a basic idea of some features I would like for my site - I work with a small group that publishes research for some clients and need the ability to post research/comments in a mobile friendly format as well as it being uploaded to the site. I am also looking for a site security component to this as well - I want to have subscribers/users use a login to access web/mobile content that I can control (most of our data/research is for our clients only). I have weekly research meetings that are recorded on the teams app and I want the ability to post not only daily audio files to the site/app but also video recordings on a research page for example. I have started working on these basics using the Elementor pro widgets but at this point I think it would be easier to work alongside someone more familiar with building out a secure web/app than trying to figure this all out myself.
