I need a Google Adsense Expert and a Mail Chimp Expert

I need to set up Google Adsense on my food blog as well as set up my Mail Chimp email service that comes with my WP theme. I have tried to do it myself and both projects just send me down a million stupid rabbit holes that get me nowhere. I need help setting both projects up in a way that allows me to operate them going forward. My food blog is ibskitchn.com.
