multiuser contributions website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We need a website based on an open-source CMS or framework with the following features
- user registration, users confirmed by moderators
- only registered users may perform actions on the website, normal user will have a view-only access
- 3 levels for users: moderators, proposers, contributors and voters
- proposers post proposals (similar to a post in any CMS), every proposal should have a voting form and space for comments
- each post/proposal have a comment form where contributors can discuss
- contributors and voters will also vote for the poll associated with the post
Wordpress + plugins can be a choice but the multiuser features seem too basic
We are looking for a simple and straightforward solution with few installations needed and code easy to operate and maintain
