multisite specialist needed for English and Chinese websites with same content

I have a .com english website (real estate) targeting at an English speaking country in Asia, I would like to have the same website content but in Chinese language, targeting at Mandarin speaking clients in China. I need to do google seo for the english site and baidu seo for the Chinese version of the website. Shall I use (abc.com + cn.abc.com) or (abc.com and abc.com.cn). and is it possible to combine the two websites under one wordpress panel, so that I do not need to update both sites once instead of updating content on two sites (doing repeat work)
