move from wix to wordpress

Hi there!
im looking to move my small business from wix to wordpress and require some help. I already have a working website www.sinpai.shop but due to restrictions on wix, i would like to move it over to wordpress.
open to suggestions on making things run better and easier for both me and my clients.
1. We would like to use Wordpress
2. ecommerce shop with a simple check out process
3. Connect Payment gateway
(currently using peachy pay; not happy with their service)
4. PayPal payment Plugin with transaction fee addon
We need the following pages
1. Home page
2. Shop Home page
1. Ears
2. Gears
3. Tails
3. Cat-o-logue
4. FAQ
5. Contact
• some kind of ecommerce set up to upload and manage products for sale
• Automatic currency conversion for international shoppers abroad, I'm based in south africa but would like to open up for world wide shipping
• DHL shipping Plugin setup
• Quickbooks integration
• Make use of Policies if needed on the site (Delivery, Return, Privacy and Terms of Use)
• SSL certificate
• If still a requirement, the COVID info button
With regards to the Design; open to suggestion, as long as its easy to change up themes over festive seasons
would like to keep the current colour theme on the website (Shades of purple, orange and grey)
would prefer if the general layout of the website be shopper friendly and easy to navigate.
I think this should give you a good idea of what we are looking for.
My business is new and slowly growing but I'm looking for someone easy to work with that I could potentially use long term.
