move email database from gmail back to server

I was using gmail to send and recieve mail from my domain. I didn't realize that it was deleting the records from the domain. I am now having trouble with gmail and have moved to a direct POP3 integration with a program called Mailbird (similar to outlook) and also have mail access on my mobile devices. However the historical data is missing when I sync. Is there someone who can get my historical data which is currently on gmail back onto the server (using cPanel) so the historical data will sync with my devices
