modifying wordpress plugin for delivery

Hello, we use this plugin for the delivery management of our ecommerce:

I need to do some changes to it that I will list below. The goal is to have something that looks like the screenshots attached.
You can propose other plugins if you find other better suited ones, but all the functions that I list and that the plugin already has need to be there.
CHANGES NEEDED
- I need to restrict some items to be pickup only to specific locations.
- I need to have ZIP code specific options for delivery, both in terms of delivery pricing and delivery availability. The ideal situation would be that the client adds his own shipping information and the shipping plugin gives the delivery price and time slots available for delivery. I need to customize preorder days restriction for every pickup point and ZIP code, too.
- a gmaps integration for choosing pickup points. Client searches for an address, finds nearby pickup points on the map and has the info on the pickup point there.
For an example, check the eprice.it website. You will need an italian IP for accessing the website.
