mini woocomerce fixing

I need an urgent assistance with some mini issues on woocommerce
On the checkout page,

3. checkboxes not showing showing properly. they are there but not okay:

5. When clients select collect at the office as shipping method, an error “an internal sever error occurred.please contact site administrator”
6. On the checkout page in sticky header, logo is touching the height. and the navigation tab is breaking to another row. Pls make it one row like the main homepage nav style.
