make a few changes to website, and fix SSL certificate issue

We need to make minor changes to the website like; adding number of site visitors, google translation, and other minor things. and we have already aquired an SSL certificate, but it only works on https// link not others, and some of our contents have gone missing of the trusted link, but on the other untrusted links they are visible.
