magazine website with subscriptions and packages

i have a website design, to sell articles and magazines (online access NOT pdf),
All articles/magazine are read online and need a subscription to read the articles/magazines
Once client paid subscription fee (multiple packages), he will get a username and password, after login username and password, then he will read articles/magazine.
Packages can be, access to 10 articles. The customer can choose which are the 10 articles over time, at anytime,
i would like to build it in WordPress if possible and later on build a mobile app using WordPress api. i will send psd when you need them
