install WordPress theme from envato

Rio Grande Trading purchased a theme from envato wpresidence and needs your services to have it installed in top conditions on the server of the host (yet to be determined)
the theme comes default in English - i believe, but we need it to be in dutch (if the theme allows a second language, that will be English)

i also need the domain to point to the server once the theme up and running + a few email addresses related to the domain configured

i believe this is quite straight forward, but if more info is needed, please ask
