improve a website to a better stability

our wordpress site is build with woocommerce + custom fields on a underscores.me theme.
the website work fine Untill the user go to the cart and estimate tax and shipping. this not working well. it seem like it need to be re-built.
than the checkout step is also not stable might pop an error message, to crash. and so on.
we looking for someone to built from scratch the section of the cart + checkout and without using extra plugins. we want to use only woocommerce at the end.
