3D image carousel, need CSS horizontal scrolling

Hello! I'm designing a photography website, I've been using Elementor on Wordpress. I had come up with this unique idea to make a rotating 3D carousel category selector for my image gallery. The problem was, once I had gotten it set up. I had discovered the carousel is stuck in an infinite loop. I wanted to make it so the carousel would spin infinitely if left alone, but once interacted with it would horizontally scroll. Is there anybody who could rework the code to horizontally scroll once interacted with?
