htaccess Troubleshooting and Configuration

I'm experiencing issues with my htaccess file.
Im using "Each domain a page" plugin that allow me to point specific domain to a specific page.
The problem im having that each time htaccess is automatically generated, it doesnt allow this specific domain to point my page. Not sure whats the specific setting in htaccess that is blocking it but need to fix it without desactivating all my wp-rocket htaccess settings.
