help us show a category TITLE and description for each woocommerce product category

We are in the process of setting up a new website for our Fitness and Supplement business. W noticed on our product category pages there isn't a H2 or H1 title and showing the description underneath it.
Which we would like to do and notce our competitors do it, so we would like that.
Category Name (like h2 or h1 size)
Description paragraph text here which can be in the body text.
You can see an example of our category page belo and we want every product category to show it. Along wih the description we set in WordPress backend.

Ideally we do not want someone to do this but simply tell us how to do it.
