I'm having trouble with buddypress

Hello, I have 2 problems with my site: 1) in the "member search" page, users are often always connected (with the green dot even if they are not) and no longer displays the last users connected but randomly. 2) When I send a friend request the other user receives the notification via email but on the site there is no longer the button to accept.
