fix woocommerce word press bug

we have a wordpress woo commerce website and for some reason the product pages are paginating, if we set to list 12 products per page it literally only shows those 12 products and doesn't offer the 2nd or 3rd pages, so at the moment we have to have all nproducts on 1 single page. Is this something you can fix, it seems a common bug judging by forums?
