eCupid Monetization

I have a dating site that is already built and is currently live using Wordpress and the SweetDate theme from Seventh Queen. The site has attracted over 500 sign ups, but no one seems to want to take up the paid memberships options that gives them access to the signed up members details. I need the site to start generating revenue from the membership options. I am open to any suggestions on SEO, content and anything else that you can advise to get the site fully operational and generating income. Ideally, I would like candidates to have previous experience and success in monetization of membership sites.
