Data Entry Team Needed – Upload Products, Images & Pricing to Website
Project Overview

We are building an online retail website similar to Walmart.ca, where we will sell food, electronics, furniture, and household items. We need a team of reliable Data Entry freelancers to help us upload products, images, descriptions, and pricing onto our WordPress/WooCommerce website.

The product information will need to be gathered from our vendor websites and entered accurately into our site. This includes uploading images, writing/copying product details, categorizing items correctly, and ensuring prices are updated.

This is a large-scale project, and we will require a small team to handle the workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

Gather product details (name, description, specifications, pricing) from vendor websites.Save and upload high-quality product images.

Enter accurate data into WordPress/WooCommerce backend.

Categorize products (Food, Electronics, Furniture, Household, etc.).

Ensure consistent formatting and accuracy across all products.

Perform basic quality checks before publishing products live.

Requirements

Experience with data entry and WordPress/WooCommerce product management.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work with large volumes of data.

Reliable internet and good communication skillsTeam of 2–4 freelancers preferred for faster turnaround.

Deliverables

Fully uploaded product catalog with images, pricing, and descriptions.

Properly categorized items across multiple departments.

Consistent and professional-looking product pages.

Ongoing WorkAfter the initial upload, we will need ongoing support for:

Updating prices.

Adding new products.

Managing seasonal catalogs.
