A dynamic/custom Ecommerce website.

Looking for a dynamic and custom E-commerce site (custom UI/UX) with a typical hierarchy of categories, subcategories and products. The website should have the following features:

- Login / Signup feature
- A modern and sleek home screen
- Ways to explore the products in many ways (in the home screen, by navigating through categories/subcategories, by brands, by bestsellers, etc.)
- Discount coupons
- Cart with payment gateway
- Blog (a section in the website itself)
- Newsletter option with subscription
- Option to switch language (English and Arabic)
- Shipping API for managing and tracking orders
- Admin Panel for managing everything

We are open to the technology stack either being custom HTML/CSS/JS, or WordPress/WooCommerce, etc.

Also I'm open to discuss the UI/UX possibilities, and website tree.
