duplicate wordpress website and change text

Hello i wil provide you cloned version of my existing website.
(wasgeurtje.nl)
This cloned version needs to change text to german. I have translated document with translated text.
Please find it in the attachment.

The website url should be daswaescheparfum.de
Please also edit existing logo into: daswaescheparfum.de
Also links should be changed to german language. example:
wasgeurtje.nl/wasparfum should be:
daswaescheparfum.de/waescheparfum

Also delete all customers in existing database and al other irrelevant customer information so that we can start with fresh data.
