12 domains each with one webpage attached to my current host

Hello, I have two websites hosted on the same server. I own 12 domain names that I purchased hoping that this would help my natural searches. All of the domain names are products. For the past year I have been re-directing them to pages on my current site. However, I just found out they are not coming up on google and that they all have to be on their own web pages.
So each of the 12 domains need to have their own webpage on my site. I will give you the content for each as they are already pages on my website. I would like those pages optimized as well to be Sure they come up on google. This is a Wordpress website.
