On-demand TV Web application

I am looking for a developer who has experience in developing OTT, Video streaming applications to show Movies, TV shows on demand. Someone who has knowledge of applications such as, Netwflix and Amazon Prime.
Our goal is to create a similar web / mobile application (preferably on wordpress) and is subscription base revenue model. The application must be compaitble with all app stores and browsers, plus allow users to acceess TV shows, movies from anywhere on-demand.
