customize wordpress plugin in backend

i need a plugin customization for the wordpress plugin funnelforms PRO, which has a custom UI in the backend. (funnelforms.io)
well, im sure i will need some more later, but thats for now the most important one.
i made two screenshots with notes for you, where the UI has to be customized.
i need a feature, to push those list entries into folders.
so, one new button "add folder" and one new button "move to folder ...", ...OR, instead of the second button drag & drop functionality, which sure would be more comfortable.
all the 3 menu points on the left admin menu "fragen", "kontaktformulare" and "formulare" have the same UI and are built the same way, so i guess you would have to code the logic behind only once.
the folders (or all entries in the list) should be ordable for sure. either with up and down arrow buttons on each list entry OR also with drag & drop.
please send me all your questions, i will answer them.
