create plugin to implement from a current wordpress plugin and theme

Greetings,
I'm looking for an expert wordpress programmer who can create a plugin to integrate with a paid plugin/template.
The plugin is: Classified Listings
The theme is: ClassiList

Graphics - Front End:
My need is to create a neater view of the Custom Fields on the single product page.
I created an image of how it is now and how I would like it to be.

Back Ends:
The Plugin must also give me the possibility to recall the custom fields of each single "listing category" and to be able to insert them in groups I have renamed
Example:
Custom fields: Category Car
Make - Year of registration - Current mileage - Type - Gearbox - Fuel - emission class - drivable by novice drivers - minimum license required

Groups displayed in the Front End
Model group:
Make - Year of registration - Current mileage - Type
Group Details:
Gearbox - Fuel - emission class - can be driven by novice drivers - minimum license required
