Re-create existing website in wordpress

I need a copy of this website made in Wordpress:

This will include all text, images, layout, and content. I will then be provide instructions for the customising of the website by making changes to text, images etc.
I already have ‘GOOD HOMES’ child theme installed which has the ‘property search’ functionality that I will need.
