copy site from Siteground to cpanel

A simple quick project for someone experienced with Siteground hosting AND cpanel hosting.
Please only apply if you have previous experience with both platforms.
Hi - I need a website migrated from Siteground to Cpanel hosting.
Need all databases intact.
The destination is a dedicated server running Cpanel.
Cpanel account will be created for the process for you.
*One change* upon moving the site is that there are two wordpress installations.
The /maintenance/ folder must become the new ROOT folder
And the Root installation must be changed to /maintenance/
Total size is 1gb
