E-commerce Website Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi
I need help with the following 3 tasks in my website, my website is built on Wordpress.
COOKIE POLICY PLUGIN
Im currently having an issue with my cookie plugin, it is not displaying on my website even after excluding its scripts and files from my cache plugin, the issue appeared after I deactivated and deleted my old cookie plugin "Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA"
I now want to use a new plugin called "#" but it is not loading at all. I need you to look into why my new plugin is not working and showing my new cookie policy.
CLICK AND COLLECT
I have an online store that does deliveries according to a time and date you choose, I use a plugin called "WooCommerce Delivery & Pickup Date Time" to achieve this, I now want to implement a click and collect service which the plugin has already but I need custom components added to my website.
Firstly I need a custom order status added called "Ready for collection" this custom status needs to also trigger a custom email that is sent automatically when triggered, the email needs to follow a template that I already have on my website but needs to be updated for this new status.
The custom email will also need to be made so that I can edit in the future if I want to change anything, currently all the emails that are sent from my website are customized using YAYMail, id like this be the same for the new custom email.
HIGH LOAD ISSUE
Im having an issue with my e-commerce store and the server it is hosted on, my hosting company has notified me that the server load is being reached often due to long running scripts causing the max children connections to be reached multiple times throughout the day, please see a screenshot of the information they have given me on the issue here: https://snipboard.io/dhsPcq.jpg
They have also indicated that the website appears to have cron jobs running continuously which may be contributing to the over all server load, they have also sent me a screenshot of this issue which can be seen here: https://snipboard.io/CRiX0T.jpg
They have sent me this link to look at on how it might be able to help with this issue: How to fix high server load due to wp-cron.php POST requests
Please let me know if you are able to fix the issue along with a timeline and costs.
