E-commerce Site for Custom Crafts

I sell handmade crafts and now need a clean, responsive online store that makes it simple for visitors to buy ready-made pieces and to send me their own custom design requests. A standard product catalogue, shopping cart and secure checkout (Stripe or PayPal are both fine) should cover everyday orders, while a dedicated “Request a Custom Design” page or pop-up form will collect the brief and automatically email it to me.

A small, visually appealing testimonials section belongs on the home page so newcomers can see past buyers’ feedback at a glance.

To keep things future-proof I’d prefer a platform I can update myself—WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or something similarly intuitive. Mobile optimisation, basic SEO setup and a simple admin guide are all part of the scope.
