QR code plugin for Boat Cruises

My customer is a boat cruiser company, we are creating a website so visitors will be able to book cruises online, pay online and check in while boarding.
The plugin I need is for the boat crew to scan a QR code that will auto generate and send to the customers email automatically when buying the ticket/tickets. The code should be unique for each customer. The crew should scan the QR code with an app and confirm the payment.
