Re-attempt failed membership payments - Woo commerce/Word press

I have a membership site on Word press using Woo commerce, I want to be able to re-attempt any failed subscription payments manually. I have the customers payment data export into a CSV file ready, I need someone to build me the facility to try a batch of payments again.
