We are using WooCommerce with EAN for WooCommerce, Porto theme installed. We need a new page in order to scan product UPC barcodes and take go to the product page where the customer can add the product to the cart.

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a new feature on our WooCommerce website. We currently have the EAN for WooCommerce plugin installed and are using the Porto theme.

Requirements:
- Create a new feature that allows customers to scan product UPC barcodes
- The barcode scanning functionality should work on both mobile and desktop platforms
- Once the barcode is scanned, the customer should be directed to the product page
- On the product page, the customer should be able to add the product to the cart
- We may need additional features on the product page, besides adding the product to the cart

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with WooCommerce and the EAN for WooCommerce plugin
- Proficiency in coding for both mobile and desktop platforms
- Knowledge of barcode scanning technology and integration
- Familiarity with the Porto theme or similar WordPress themes
