my adsense appear too late

my AdSense is loading very slow while I have already removed the load javascript deferred and the delay option in wp rocket still will there is a delay

also the ads sometimes appear and sometimes delay
also, the ads don't appear in all article some article appears and some are not

preferred who can deal with Arabic sites
