Zoom Video SDK in Wordpress

I need assistance from a Freelancer to help create a link to launch the web app from my website which will connect to a video enabled agent through Zoom. The project will include the following:
1. Create the "Redirect URL for OAuth" on my Wordpress site (Destination URL where Zoom will send the access token after the user completes the OAuth authentication.)
2. Create Security Check URL to prohibit others from tampering with redirected URLs.
3. Create React and node.js web app (similar to https://github.com/zoom/sample-app-web and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIzkTxoMtpU)
4. SDK activation with React, node.js, and JavaScript
