You Matter Discovery
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We have a need to develop and questionnaire addition to our wordpress Avada website www.highlandschurch.org.au.
The aim of these pages is to create a profile for a person to understand 4 aspects of their life.
The each survey/questionnaire can be completed separately or the user has buttons to go to the next survey or to finish.
The Surveys
1. Spiritual Gift Survey (GIFT)

Once the survey is completed the results are
1. Emailed The participant and the pastors/leaders (nominated at start of surveys)
2. Emailed to the pastor/leader of the area they are most likely to serve in
3. Surveys will be stored online for review by pastors at a later date (file format PDF and File Name: Surname_FirstName_SurveyName.pdf. Survey name being, GIFT, STYLE, LOVE, or WORSHIP.
4. Results can be imported to Elvanto (or other church management software) Using a CSV File for the Results
