YOAST Setup on WordPress Website & Meta descriptions & Keyphrase added to 150 blog posts

I have a WordPress website that will need the following done:
- Setup YOAST (I will have the premium version installed & activated freshly)
- 150 Blog posts need a keyphrase & meta description added to them (these can't be 'copy & paste' duplicates)
Each of the meta descriptions must include the word "Calgary" as the city we are trying to focus on.
