Write module for a WP theme

Explanation : let's say that we have the theme available for purchase at mythemeurl.com. So, user goes to mythemeurl.com, signs up for an account, puts his credit card for buying one (1) license/activation for his site (usersiteurl.com) and then downloads the theme files. After downloading the zip file of the theme, he uploads the theme to usersiteurl.com in the WordPress panel. After uploading the theme and enabling it, he gets the screen for activating the theme. If it is yes, we display the theme as active. If it's not, we display a warning that this theme is not active, over all WP panel, and also disable theme auto updates.
