N8N Workflow Refinement (WordPress Blog post to Pinterest, LinkedIn & MailerLite)

We’re looking for an experienced n8n specialist to refine, complete, and optimize an existing workflow. The goal is to automatically take each new WordPress post and:
* Publish it to Pinterest and LinkedIn
* Convert the post into an email newsletter in MailerLite
Your solution should be rock‑solid, user‑friendly, and easy to maintain.
Project Scope
Refine an existing n8n workflow to automatically transform new WordPress posts into:
Pinterest/LinkedIn posts + MailerLite newsletters
AI-generated content & images (platform-optimized)
Trend-researched strategies (with optional Facebook/X/Instagram support)
Core Responsibilities
1. Workflow Optimization
Replace Google Sheet trigger with WordPress webhook/RSS
Extract full post data (content, images, tags, URL)
Build fail-safes for edge cases (missing images/duplicates)
Configure Pinterest/LinkedIn/MailerLite + optional social platforms
2. AI Content Engine
Generate platform-specific content using LLMs:
Pinterest: Keyword-rich titles/descriptions
LinkedIn: Engagement-focused text + hashtags
MailerLite: CTAs + UTM-tagged newsletters
Create DALL·E 3/Replicate/Together.ai image prompts (sized per platform)
3. Intelligent Pinterest Management
Auto-create/select boards via AI analysis of post content
Log decisions in Baserow (fallback: Google Sheets)
4. Real-Time Data Intelligence
Integrate Apify/Lix APIs for Pinterest/LinkedIn trends
Compare AI models for cost/style efficiency
5. Infrastructure & Reliability
Central logging with Baserow/Sheets
Secure API setup (all platforms + AI services)
Error handling + alert system (Slack/email)
