WordrPress server error and Speed Optimization

I am not sure the website doesn't load at first click. It is blank white screen, sometimes its a 500 Internal Server Error. I need someone to resolve this error on my WordPress website and optimize its page load time as it currently takes more than 5 seconds to load. Specifically, I want to focus on optimizing the page load time. Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
