Wordpress and woocommerce plugin specialist needed

I'm looking for a wordpress developer, with excellent knowledge of the woocomerce plugin, who can make some changes to my existing store.
Specifically, I would like to create a form that allows the user to purchase directly from the product page, without having to add the product to the cart or go to the checkout page. This order must be inserted among the ones of woocommerce.
A second change I would like to make is on the "thankyou page" after completing the order: I would like to have a list with all the products on the site with a discount, giving the customer the chance to add other items to their order. This feature should only be available for cash on delivery orders.
