Wordpress/woocommerce plugin to enable selling of product descriptions

I need someone who is skilled in wordpress development to create a standards compliant plugin that will enable the selling of woocommerce products and making the description, photo(s) and any custom fields available via woocommerce api and dynamic download methods.
In essence, a user will browse for multiple products, select and add them to the cart, much the same as normal digital products, but only the product descriptions, images and meta data for those products they have purchased will be available via woocommerce API.
