Wordpress woocommerce move from one site to another

I have an existing wordpress site with woocommerce and we are building a new wordpress site using new theme. And we want to bring over the woocommerce from old to new. Let me know your hour rate. I will only send milestone once something is done, maybe 25%. do not ask for milestone payment before any work is done. we will not fall for these scams.
